East Waikiki Primary School uses online third-party services to support our education programs and the operational requirements of the school. When selecting the services, we are mindful of our obligation to protect student’s personal information.

This includes the requirement that we:

• Identify online third-party services which may hold students’ personal information;
• Confirm that a risk assessment has been completed by the Department of Education for each third-party service provided, and that the risk report is available; and
• Complete appropriate parent notification and/or consent collection before using an online third-party service with students’ personal information.
