Kaya Wanjoo (hello and welcome) to everyone – especially our new students and new families. I am very happy with the start to our year – the learning is rigorous and the care for our students is of a very high standard.
Last week we had our first Fathering Project event for the year, and I’m pleased to say that over 75 dads, father-figures and kids turned out for Lego, pizza and prizes. It was such a happy event and I sincerely thank all who came along for making it a great night. Keep your ears out for the next event in Term 2.
It was very pleasing to see good numbers at our first P&C meeting for the year. Please keep an eye out for the AGM later this term. Your support for our P&C is greatly appreciated.
This year we will be drafting our next Strategic Plan, as well as taking part in our School Review in Term 4. If you have any questions about either process or would like to be involved, please contact me at the school.
