As with all community events this year, it will look different in 2020. With Phase 4 CoVID19 restrictions in place for large groups and number of adults on site, we plan to go ahead with the book award assemblies during school hours with students, teachers and invited parents only.

Award winners will be able to invite 2 family members to attend the assembly.

I understand this is not the ideal outcome, but necessary under our current Government and Department of Education COVID guidelines.

Junior Award Assembly:

When: Monday 14^th December
Time: 8.45 – 9.30am
Who: Pre – Year 2 – Rooms 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
Where: Grassed Ngulla Mia area (Carnegie Rd side of the school)
Entry: By invite only through the gate off Carnegie Rd, school oval end.
Invites: Will be sent out on Friday 27^th Nov, with follow up phone calls during the week of the 30th

Middle Award Assembly:

When: Tuesday 15^th December
Time: 8.45 – 9.30am
Who: Year 3 – 5 – Rooms 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21(year5s), 22.
Where: Grassed Ngulla Mia area (Carnegie Rd side of the school)
Entry: By invite only through the gate off Carnegie Rd, school oval end.
Invites: Will be sent out on Friday 27^th Nov, with follow up phone calls during the week of the 30th

Year 6 Graduation

When: Wednesday 16^th December – Year 6 Graduation and Book Awards.
Time: 9.00 – 10.30am
Who: Year 6 – Rooms 17, 18, 21 (year 6s) .
Where: School Undercover Area
Entry: By invite only through the gate off Gibb Rd.
Invites: Will be sent out on Friday 27^th Nov, with follow up phone calls during the week of the 30^th.
