National Walk Safely to School Day – FRIDAY 11 September 2020

Now in its 21st year, National Walk Safely to School Day (WSTSD) is an annual event when all Primary School children will be encouraged to walk and commute safely to school. It is a Community Event seeking to promote Road Safety, Health, Public Transport and the Environment.

East Waikiki Primary School will be hosting a WSTSD breakfast for all students participating in the walk. All children who walk to school will be able to celebrate with a healthy breakfast at school in the undercover area. Entry will be via the gate near the PP area from 8am. Breakfast will finish at 8.25 allowing children to move off to class.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this year’s event is students only (parents will not be able to participate).
